About the Project

Solingen is located in the German state of North Rhine-Westphalia, south of the Ruhr region, on the banks of the Wupper River. With a history of 600 years in traditional blade production and metal crafts, Solingen is home to Europe’s largest and oldest metal industry.

There are two buildings in the Solingen Project.

The project consists of the construction of 75 rooms of B&B Hotel and a new building next to it, which will be established as a result of the renovation of the existing first building.
